Future Generali simplifies Motor Insurance claims with - Future Xpress and Future Xpress+

Future Generali has simplified Motor Insurance claims process with - Future Xpress and Future Xpress+. The company has introduced Future Xpress schemes initially in Chennai and Mumbai and Future Xpress+ in Ahmedabad, Kolhapur, Hyderabad, Bangalore and Trivandrum of the 47 locations of Future Generali.

Under Future Xpress, vehicle repaired on priority at lower cost by directing the vehicle to the listed garage, inspection is done at garage, liability confirmed and the repairs commenced on a priority basis. The customer will know the actual expenditure before the repair starts.

Under the Future Xpress+ plan, in case of any damage to the vehicle, based on the spot confirmation of the liability, the claimamount will be directly credited to the account after adjusting 20 per cent margins. The customers will get an average settlement of 80-85 per cent of the liability.
