Incorporated in 2007, Indiabulls Power Limited is a power project development company. Indiabulls Power Ltd has five thermal power projects under development, which will have a combined installed capacity of 6,615 MW.

Issue Size: 339,800,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10
Face Value: Rs. 10 Per Equity Share

CRISIL has assigned an IPO Grade "3/5" (pronounced "three on five") to Indiabulls Power Ltd IPO. This means as per CRISIL, company has average fundamentals.

Please avoid this IPO. If you want to invest in power than buy NTPC.

Indiabulls Power's initial public offer (IPO) has received an overwhelming response on the very first day. The issue was subscribed 5.95 times, as per the data available on the NSE website.

Save you money!
NHPC issue oversubscribed more than 23 times. Now at discount.
Similarly India bulls power IPO will be subscribed may be by around 20 times max overall.
Offer will be at 45 Rs and it will list at max 46 to 48 for very brief time before slipping in negative.
So buy after listing.
