I have started ELSS SIP for tax saving purpose. I have a query - If after three years, I need to withdraw the fund or can I keep the same investment for more years?

In ELSS the locking period of three years is present, otherwise it is like any other MF. So you can keep your investment after three years as long as you want.

You can keep ELSS MFs for as long as you want, just initial locking period of three years. This locking period also you can break, but you need to pay exit load and the tax benefit claimed from Income Tax.
