How much amount car owner would get in accident?

If a car ran over another vehicle and the total damage to his vehicle is Rs 30,000. The IDV value of the car is 65000. How much insurance amount would the owner get? Will the insurer pay the full amount or do owner of the car has to share/pay some amount?

Depreciation of rubber/plastic parts, battery, tyre etc. is charged at the rate of 50%.
