Around 10 years back, I have bought one LIC policy, which is going to mature next year - Jan 2010.
1- How can I make a maturity claim?
2- What all documents are required from my side?

Go to the branch from where you have bought the policy. Fill maturity form and submit it. You will receive the amount by post.


2- What all documents are required from my side?
-Original Policy Document
-ID proof
-Maturity form
