Online Deposit in my PPF account

Hi, I want to open a new PPF Account in SBI. Can after opening the PPF account in SBI? Can I deposit the money in my PPF account through online SBI account? And also tell me charges for account.

I am afraid online investment in PPF is not possible. For better info, pls check with SBI branch.
