PAN card application - what address proof will be accepted?

I wants to apply PAN card for my children. What document will be accepted as address proof? Is school ID Card accepted for the same?

If the applicant is a minor (i.e. below 18 years of age at the time of application), any of the documents as per the lists specified below of any of the parents/ guardian of such minor shall be deemed to be the proof of identity and address of the applicant.

Do we need to apply with two copies of same documents like Ration card (one for proof of identity and one for address proof)? One copy will work, But I would go for two different set of proofs.
