Is gas cylinder explosion is covered under home insurance? If yes. Please suggest me a good plan for the same.

Is gas cylinder explosion is covered under home insurance? If yes. Please suggest me a good plan for the same.If the explosion happen due to gross negligence of the insured then it is not covered. But if this happened due to fire or other covered perils then covered.
