View Full Version : Unable to enroll LIC policies for online payment

Hi,

I have created account to pay the lic premium online.
After logging in, i could not enroll the policies.
It says that
ENROLLED - Your policy is successfully enrolled.
ERROR - POSSIBLE REASONS FOR ERROR IN ENROLLMENT:
1. The Instalment Premium as per Policy Document should match with the Instalment Premium entered

by you in the previous screen (correct to the paisa)
2. The Date of Birth given by you in your Profile should be the same as the date of birth for the policy

you have enrolled.
Kindly check the above and try for enrollment again.

I have made sure several times that i have given correct Instalment Premium,Date of Birth.

Please guide me to enroll my policies at the earliest

Please enter Date of birth or installement premium from you policy bond. If still face problem - You can seek assistance for registration on LIC’s Customer Portal -

Just check DOB and Intallment premium again.
