I am looking to start SIP for LSS Mutual funds for 2011. Please guide me the Best ELSS Mutual funds for 2011.

Canara Robeco Equity Tax Saver
Fidelity Tax Advantage
Franklin India Taxshield
HDFC Taxsaver

I would go with -
1.Canara Robeco Equity Tax Saver
2.Fidelity Tax Advantage
3.HDFC Taxsaver

HDFC Tax Saver is not performing at the moment but good long term buy.

Anurag - The list change every month, so go to ValueResearch (http://valueresearchonline.com/) and check top 3-4 MFs. Don't increase your list of MFs from 4-5. Otherwise some may perform and some won't so net you will get negative.

I have not met anyone who is looking to invest in worst performing funds; but still there are lots of funds.
