Aegon Religare iTem Plan - last years claim honored ratio?

Is it right that Aegon Religare has not honored any claim for iTem in last year? I heard that from 4-5 claims, it doesn't honored a single one yet. Of course, may be due to insufficient papers or other things but I don't mind paying bit higher premium instead of unfortunate event where my family roam here and there to get a claim which make their life measurable.
