Hi , I want to know if there is any certification to understand the US healthcare scenario . I basically want to have a know how of the Insurance sector which pay for the Healthcare services of a patient . I am working with an IT company which has a software for manage the Revenue Management cycle of the US Hopsitals .

If anyone can help , please let me know the certification which may prove helpful and beneficial.

There is a certification called AICPCU - which deals with the underwriting process of the insurance proposals. You are looking for "Revenue Management cycle of the US Hopsitals", I thinks this would come under hospital management courses.

You can do CPCU but it is focused more on the insurance underwriting.

Thanks both of u, I am trying to get details on CPCU . If u know about any other certification, pls. let me know . I heard about LOMA & PAHM , any feedbak on them ?
