Please let me know the premium /lakh of flat price in vasant kunj and DLF phase V, Gurgoan both multistoried appartments.
Is this premium is Income Tax deductable?

Normal Fire Insurance Rate is 0.60 Paise per thousand. Rate same in Vasant Kunj and DLF phase V.
No the premium is not deductable in Income Tax.

Building Only - 0.60 Paise per thousand of sum insured.
Building + Contents Insurance - Depends on the contents and sections you have taken. Check any insurance company website.
