Can we have multiple term policies.

Instead of taking 1 crore term policy in just once company, is it good to take policy for 50 lakhs in one private company and another in LIC.
Cost invested is not a consideration here.

Will there be a conflict which affects the money released to the nominee?

You can have any no of policies no issue. But when applying for new insurance policy always mention all the insurance policies you have, so that the new insurance company has the complete picture of your insurance coverage. Insurance company discourage over insurance.

You can go for "n" no of policies of different companies. it totally depends on you. Its your money and you have to take your decision that where to spend it. Just make sure before buying any policy that this policy is best for you.

There is no effect on you if you have many policies but before taking any policies you have to know all the norms and condition of that policies.
