Having LIC policy for last 2 years. Monthly installment of the policy is 3458.
Is it possible to get loan?

A loan is only sanctioned after payment of 3 years of premiums, so you are not eligible for loan.
Also some policies like money back type of policies and certain other policies are not entitled for loans.
