For PA Policy

Go for 10 times of your annual income. 28,00,000/- would be good cover for you.

If you are looking for cheapest option - use websites like - insurancemall.in, policybazaar.com etc.

Otherwise, you can check IFFCO-TOKIO, New India, ICICI Lombard and TATA-AIG.

For Criticall Illness Plan

Is it good desicion from my side or not?

Any insurance cover is always good for future risks.

Check Bharti AXA's Smart Health Critical Illness Insurance Policy (http://www.bharti-axagi.co.in/smart-health-critical-illness-insurance). It gives protection for 20 critical illnesses (highest in the market).
