MetLife's ULIP - Met Smart Plus : Should I keep this policy or withdraw it?

I have a bought MetLife's ULIP - Met Smart Plus. I am investing 2000 every month for the last four years. Profit is distant thing, till now, the fund value never ever equals to my investment value. Need your suggestion. Should I keep this policy or withdraw it?

What was your objective of buying this policy?
This policy is currently 4.39% absolute return (http://www.moneycontrol.com/insurance/ulip/metlife-india-insurance-ME/metlife-met-smart-plus-multiplier-IME025.html). Which is not good for a ulip plan.
