ICICI Life Time Gold policy : advice needed - surrender or continue?

I have a ICICI Life Time Gold policy and I am investing in it's Rich fund option. The yearly premium I am paying is Rs. 65,000 and I have already paid 6 premiums until now. The returns as of now are almost negligible. What is your advice if to surrender or continue?

This is less then the saving bank interest rate.
