How to pay the arrears of LIC insurance policy?

Four years ago, I took a LIC insurance policy with a premium Rs. 20,000 after paying for 2 years, I went abroad and I couldn't pay the remaining for last 2 years. Now I want to pay the arrears.
1- What should I do?
2- Can my Bank do anything in this?
