Check on LICIndia website (https://www.licindia.in/plannav/plan_navs_new.htm). First check in which fund you have invested in.

Also let me know - how to sell these units?
You either need to Surrender (http://www.policywala.com/content.php/258-How-to-surrender-LIC-Policy) or Partial Withdrawal (http://www.policywala.com/forum/showthread.php/2140-What-is-partial-withdrawal-in-ULIP) the policy.
