My LIC password is not working, please reset my password?

Dear Sir

I have a LIC Jeevan saral policy, details are as per below -
LIC Ploicy No: XXXXXX
Policy start on- 15/12/2010
Amount: 1633/- per month
Due date : 15th every month

My user id is xxxxxxxxx but password is not working from 2 months. My requests is
1- Please provide me new password so that I can reset my password as per my requirement
2- May I also request you to change my monthly due date for lic ESI. current date in 15 every month but I want any date of 1st week of every month.

Login to LIC website (https://customer.onlinelic.in/ForgotPwd.htm) and use Forgot Password. You just need to enter your date of birth and user id.

For your due date change you need to submit application to your LIC branch.
