I have lost my NSC's due for maturity in 2009 & 2005.

But post office people are asking for Indemnity Bonds followed by FIR copy with Non traceability certificate from Police dept.
Since the maturity time is also passed, whether they can't give us duplicate NSC's followed by cash .

The maturity value of these certificates are 130000/-(3X5k+2X10K at Post office Madhira Kmt, 3X10k at orissa paradeep) .

Pls guide us whether we can claim without further delay.
