Job description
System Transition:
Handling the most important and critical transition of processes to Group Operations software. Working closely with IT and vendors for development needs. Detailed hands-on responsibility for business requirement gathering, analysis, testing and implementation of applications
Understand the detailed processes from functional and technical standpoint
Undertake business process mapping/re-engineering activities
Work with colleagues in IT to collectively fulfill the system delivery responsibilities on project, that have cross-functional inter-linkages
Responsible for preparing and tracking the Project Plans of the various ongoing projects
Should send regular updates on the status of various ongoing project
MIS & Analytics
Generation of various reports and dashboards. Effectively coordinate with the central MIS team to provide the output as desired by the Management or other departments
Compliance
Ensure Audis & Compliance are in place People Management – Lead and supervise the team of Full time employees and Outsourced team members. Continuously working on their development and getting best possible output. Driving Engagement within the team
