View Full Version : Kotak Life insurance - Don't call me anymore?

I have bought a term insurance policy from Kotak Life insurance company. And lateron I found that this product is not good for me, so I have written a letter to the insurance company to discontinue the policy. I followed the process as mentioned in the policy bond document. But they did not cancelled it and nor they stopped to take the premium. They have withdrawn the premium of Rs.15,000/- via ECS and later on I have also intimated to cancel the ECS. Now it is also deactivated. Now everyday I am getting calls on my mobile phone to reactivate the policy. I request them to don't call me anymore.

This is not a complaint forum. Best thing is to raise this with IRDA (http://www.policywala.com/how-to-file-a-complaint-to-irda-for-an-insurance-claim/).
