I took policy in the year 2010, before that I had hair line fracture in leg in the year 2008 this was not declared, I paid premium from year 2010 to 2016. The Pre-existing wait period is 48 months. Now if I claim any future hospital expenses for hair line fracture in the coming years, will my cashless claim will be approved ?

another case :

I took policy in the year 2010, I was diabetic from 2009 and this was not declared in the proposal form, I paid premium from year 2010 to 2016. The Pre-existing wait period is 48 months. Now if I claim any future hospital expenses because of diabetic in the coming years, will my cashless claim will be approved ?

Thanks

Yes, as you have crossed the waiting period.
