Becoming an agent of some other company

Hi, I am an LIC agent but I want to become an agent for Punjab MetLife. I cannot become an agent for both companies. So how do I change my agency from lic to punjab met life? Is there a fee i would have to pay? Would i have to retake the IRDA test and 50 hours of training? please help. thank you in advance

Transfer of LIC Agent's license -
- Resign from your present company : LIC
- Apply for NOC from present company (this will be issued with in 90 days after your resignation and request for NOC)
- Apply to PNB for new license with copy of above letters
