lic pension policy

i am already drawing pension from lic and wish to change my bank account in which i am getting the pension amount now .please let me know the procedure for the same and the form etc. to be filled. is there any particular form for the same or application on plain paper will do ?

You need to submit an application (telling the reason - why you want to change) with the new NEFT Payment form in LIC.
