I have demat & trading a/c. I am the beginer to share market. My question is : I purchase shares of a particular company i.e. wipro at the rate of Rs. 250 in the morning. Is it possible to sell wipro shares on the same day at afternoon, when the rate increases to 260. So that I can make a profit of Rs. 10. Can share market related people answer my query. What is the procedure to do so. For this whether online is required. Whether I have to keep some marginal amount as deposit in my trading a/c. Please clarify?

Its called as intraday trade, You can sell the shares on the same day, but be careful with the catogory of the companies, T catogories, and other catogry companies cannot be traded for intraday, Wipro is A catogory company, so u can do intraday trade in wipro.
