Suggest a good DP for Demat and Trading Account

Guyz - Please suggest me a good Depositary Participant to open a Demat & Online Trading account. Please suggest a DP with good service and low charges as I am a beginner.

If your trading volume is very less and just wanted to have some learning then go for ICICI- Its very easy to operate (but very slow some time)
If you are day trader or volume is good than go with IndiaBulls there opening charges are around 750/- for life time and Brokerage 0.25 paise for delivery.
