How to add picture in the thread

Hi,

I have seen a very good article in Times of India and I just wanted to share the same in the PolicyWala Forum. Could you please tell me how to do this?

To attach photoghaph -
Go to Attach File -> Manage Attachments -> attach the file (photo) -> than click on attachment icon and attach the attachment in thw topic you want to show the attachment.
