Urgent query regarding ICICIdirect and Demat ac

I have a salary account with ICICI bank. Now I want to invest in Mutual funds using online method. Now I need to know what is the difference between E-investing, e-brokage and Demat account. What else other than the ICICI bank acc and ICICIDirect.com account I need to start online purchase of Mutual funds.

E-investing - I thing, you are refering to online investing.
e-brokage - A new thing to me :confused:
Demat Account - Is an account where the shares you bought is kept.
