Annual statement of my EPF account?

I am working with a Pvt. company. Every month my company deduct and deposit the save with EPF authority.
I have a query -
How and When can we have the annual statement of our EPF account?

EPF authority sends the PF slip to company in April month of a year. You can ask to your finance dept.
