Debit Card - Its two way card. You can shop with it like credit card and withdraw money thought ATM.
Credit Card - Use for buying items on credit. Credit Free days are from 45 - 54 depending on the card.

Good catch matrix. But I think Policy Expert is trying to make point that you don't have to pay any charges while withdrawing month through Debit card.
