I currently own two properties in Delhi. Out of that, I had rented out one and in one I am living in. Both of them are with different insurance companies. Next month around 13 December, they will be up for renew. Please suggest me a good insurance company for the same. Is it make sense to insure both the houses with just one Insurance company.
If you insure both the houses with same insurer, it would be easier for you manage the renewal etc. But you would not get any discount in premium for two houses.
