Exclusions of Personal Accident Policy?

Hi, I am looking to buy Personal Accident policy for myself. I have searched in this forum about exclusions of PA, but could not find the same. Please could find the same for me.

Exclusions of Personal Accident Policy

1. Any Pre-existing condition
2. Suicide, attempted suicide
3. Serving in military, armed forces
4. Under the influence of drugs, alcohol & other intoxicants
5. Participation in felony, riots, war etc.
6. Exposure to nuclear, radioactive materials
7. Self exposure to needless perils
8. Loss due to child birth or pregnancy
9. Any Hospitalization expenses where the duration of hospitalization is less than 24 Hrs.

Exclutions as per New India Assurance PA policy -

1. Intentional self injury,
2. Suicide or attempted suicide,
3. Accident while the insured in under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs,
4. Loss caused by insanity,
5. Loss due to breach of law with criminal intent,
6. War and allied perils,
7. Nuclear radiation.
