ICICI Pru Life Insurance Policy not received

My name is M. Khasan and I have bought a ICICI Pru Life Insurance Policy in Sept'2009. I have made policy premium through SBI Cheque of Rs. 25000/- in favour of ICICI Pru Life. I haven't received my policy nor the premium payment receipt yet. The above cheque is already cleared. I have called customer care and branch but no response.
Please guide me what should I do now to get my policy.

M Khasan, Please write a letter to ICICI Pru with details of the policy taken, cheque no. and the branch. Hope you will get the policy soon.

Instead of calling customer care - Write a email to Customer care. If they won't answer, still you can later produce it to them. Always keep written request to all public dealing offices.
