Travel Insurance for France

I am Indian Software Professional living and working in France - Can anyone recommend me a good company to obtain annual travel insurance. I live and work overseas for probably around 42 of the 52 weeks of the year; with the 6 remaining weeks returning back to my Indian home.

I travel all over the Europe and I need to secure some decent travel insurance - Any recommendations?
