LOMA 280 certification?

Hi,
I am a S/W professional working with one of the MNCs since last two n half year for an Insurance client n would like to appear for LOMA 280 certification.
Could you pls provide the details of dis exam,I mean where can I appear for it n where I should register for the same,also the cost for dis certification.
