I have taken a LIC policy for my son. I have paid premium by cheque and same is cleared on date 26/10/2009. But Till today I have not recieved any thing document from LIC. I contact several time in LIC office regarding this matter but they are not giving me any answer. Please help me what should I do.
Take your bank statement (in which the above transaction is mentioned) with id proof, and go to LIC office from where you have bought the above policy. Show them above proof they would definitely help you out.
Contact your LIC agent or if you are not able to contact him, get in touch with the branch. May be your policy lost in post. If so ask them to issue the duplicate policy document.Quote:
