The renewal letter, you receive each year carry details of NCB. Just ask them for renewal letter.Quote:

You can check your policy certificate which carry NCB status (Its one year old) Or get a NCB letter or Renewal letter from the insurance company. If they are not providing, register a complain with IRDA.
