How to increase my credit card limit?

I am earning Rs. 35,000/- per month. I am holding HDFC Credit Card for 1 year. My current credit limit is 50000/-. How to increase credit card limit?

Banks check various things before increasing the credit card spending limit. Your income, monthly spending limit, payment pattern, other credit from same bank like any loans etc. So use your card more offen and pay back every month and then ask bank to increase the limit.

Spend more using you credit card and pay back all every month and then request for increase in limit after 6 month.
