Sec 80C - Fixed Deposit Proof Submission?

I was working in a IT company from April'2010 to December'2010. As part of IT declaration in July'10 - I have declared Fixed Deposit under Section 80C.
Before submitting the proofs (Submit in January'2011), I have resigned from the company and left on December 31st 2010. I joined company B in the Month of February 2011.
My queries are -
1. To which company should I submit 80C FD proof?
2. Before what date should i submit 80C FD proof?
3. If I fail to submit the declared 80C proof - what are the consequences?
4. Will I get normal salary from company B for the month of February and March 2011?
