Refund of administrative charges for home loan application ICICI Bank Limited?

While planning to buy my new flat, I had applied for home loan with ICICI, HDFC and IDBI Home Finance. Finally I took the loan from IDBI Home Finance. I had received the administrative charges back from HDFC but didn't get it from ICICI bank. While applying the sales guy told me that the charged amount will be refunded if I don't take the loan from them. But at the end, I got to know that it cannot be refunded. Is it so? Can I complain against it somewhere?

Have you read it in the application form that it is refundable before applying?

I think your problem is with the loan executive, who had promised you the refund? Normally they tell many lies to capture innocent client like you. My advice to all the people like you that please read the form carefully and check with Bank Manager all your doubts. It's your hard-earned money don't waste like this.
