Suggest a good insurance policy for our housing society?

Looking to insure our housing society. Currently insured with New India. Please suggest a good insurance policy for our housing society?

Need more info.
1- Is present policy only coving Fire and Earth Quack Risk?
2- Are you wanted to include more risks in it like theft etc?

I have justed checked and found out that in the present policy. On the policy it was mentioned as "Fire and Allied Peril Policy".
Is it covering Fire and Earth Quake?
Sorry for such a novice question, but I am not a insurance man.

Earth Quake is an add on to the Fire Policy. Please read it again, it should be mentioned on it.
For your requirement - 'TATA -AIG - Society Package Insurance' is a good choice
Standard Cover -
Standard Fire and Sprecial Perils Policy
Optional Cover -

1. Burglary
2. Workmen's Compensation
3. Public Liability
