I have lic’s Endowment Policy - Jeevan Amrit. I have already paid all my premiums for last 5 yrs and my policy will mature on Feb 2011 and Sum Assured for above policy is Rs. 10 lacs for the 5 years term. What will be the maturity & how much amount will I get?
As per LIC website -Quote:
Maturity Benefit : Payment of total amount of premiums (excluding extra premiums, if any) paid along with vested Reversionary Bonuses and Final (Additional) Bonus, if any, in case of Life Assured surviving to the end of the term.

LIC follows a system of reversionary addition to the sum assured at the rate per thousand of sum assured declared every year. Bonus vests with the policy if it is in force. Paid up policies are not eligible for bonus. Current bonus rates check here - http://www.licindia.in/bonus_info.htmQuote:
