Stolen/Recovered Car – No response from surveyor?
My Maruti-Swift car got stolen on 31/01/11 and its is 03/02/11. My car was recovered within 7-8 hours with minor damage, the thefts took only personal stuff and try to broke inbuilt CD Player inside, there was also minor scratches around the door handle area. I have registered a case of theft on the day of theft of my car. After recovery of my car a claim adjuster had assigned to my case by my insurance company. My car is still in police station and I had contacted multiple times to my claim adjuster but not received any response. I had made numerous calls to him, left messages on his voice mail, but he never called back, I have called the insurance company customer care about the problem I am facing, they have said that the case is under investigation. What to do to speed up the case?
