Can one have 2 no of life insurance agency licence

I have one life insurance agency (LIC) from the year of 2000

my agency in LIC was terminated on 2006 since not achieving 12 policies, and agency licence not renewed on 2010. but i received the commissions on this agency since i completed agency more than 5 years.

after that last year 2010, i take an another agency from same LIC, by attending the training classes and exams.

Now i would like to take GENERAL INSURANCE agency, they told if i have insurance agency licence before IRDA period, they can use it as COMPOSITE.

Now my doubt is can i renew the existing agency license? is it possible? Is one person have two no of life insurance licence?

You can have only one life and one general insurer agency licence.
