Once LIC policy is surrendered, whether it can be reinstated or not. If yes, how and in how much time limit?
Surrender of policy means the policy is surrendered and the cash value is received for what ever the premium is paid. So policy is no more in existence any more, how can you reinstate it. You can reinstate the policy, which is lapsed for non payment of premium.
