Second loan from EPF

I have one doubt that I had applied for a medical loan in 2010 september and I got it. But again my father have some medical problem regarding same reason which I had mentioned in previous medical loan. So can I take medical loan now or not? Otherwise how much time I have to wait. In the case 'yes'; how much can I have to withdraw and is there any enquiry about that means, any officers will come to my house or my workplace and ask. what are the legal actions can they take if they found false. This doesn't mean that I am submitting false request. Some rumors are there around me, thats why I am asking and my father cannot live with me but I wanna help him. Pls let me know.

As per EPF website, you can get advance of 6 moths wages (Basic + DA) in case of illness viz. hospitalisation for more than a month, major surgical operation or suffering from TB, Leprosy, Paralysis, Cancer, Heart ailment etc. On the website nothing is mentioned about verification, so I can't say anything.

Medical Treatment
1- Only for self, spouse, son, daughter, dependent father & mother
2- Applicable for major surgical operation in a hospital and 1 month or more hospitalization for the operation or suffering from TB, leprosy, paralysis, cancer, mental derangement or heart ailment.
3- For this purpose, no minimum service is required.
4- The members should obtain certificate from ESI or from employer that E.S.I. facility are not available for the member.
5- A doctor (or registered medical practitioner) of the hospital certifies that a surgical operation or hospitalization for 1 month or more is/was necessary.
6- In case of TB or leprosy etc, a specialist doctor should certify
7- Maximum amount given is 6 times of wages or full employee share, whichever is less.
8- A certified proof for the said decease has to be submitted along with the application in Form 31 through employer.

How long we have to wait to take second medical EPF loan?
Is it 1 year or 2 years or 6 months or how much time?

As per the EPF website, there is no mention about the minimum time for second loan, so I think you can take it after 6 months.
