My Alto car met with an accident - Insurance company’s surveyor denying the claim!
My Alto car met with an accident on 14 July 2011. A speeding bus hit my car from the passenger side, damaging the entire left hand side of the vehicle. Now insurance company’s surveyor denying the claim for the left hand side fender, saying that it was existing prior to the accident. No explanation provided by him but he is adamant and bent upon making me bear the cost of it without any reason. Help me out – what to do now?
